Exercise images and demonstrations may be sourced from third-party databases with appropriate licensing. Attribution is provided where required.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of the fitness data you enter into the App (workout logs, body measurements, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a license to use this data to:

• Generate personalized workout recommendations
• Create aggregate, anonymized statistics for product improvement

You may export or delete your data at any time through the Settings page.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the App
• Any injuries, health issues, or other damages resulting from following workout recommendations

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in the Settings page. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. This agreement is subject to the provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
